Your insurance will not cover you with MOLD

It is with a high degree of likelihood that your errors and omissions insurance does not cover you should a client purchase a home and discover mold. If you insist on having your clients use SOS Mold to inspect their prospective purchase, your are covered under our errors and omissions policy! Very few, if any other inspection companies carry this type of insurance. Why should you take this risk? if you aren't recommending a company with errors and omissions insurance, are you truly acting as a fiduciary to your client?
